Does GBA work with clients outside Guwahati?
Yes. Clients across Assam and the North East, and Indians living elsewhere, are served over phone, email and video, with documents shared digitally. Appearances before Guwahati authorities are made in person.
How are fees charged?
A fixed professional fee is quoted in writing before work starts, based on the scope. Ongoing compliance is billed monthly or annually as a retainer. Fees are never a percentage of a loan, refund or tax saved.
Can GBA take over from my current accountant mid-year?
Yes. The firm requests the existing data and filings, reconciles the position to date, and continues from there. A short handover note to the previous accountant is all that is needed.
