Banks in Assam lend on paper first. A project report and CMA data prepared by a Chartered Accountant, in the format the bank expects, is the difference between a quick sanction and months of queries.

Project Reports (DPR)

A Detailed Project Report is the document a bank or government scheme uses to judge whether a project is viable: cost of project, means of finance, projected profit and loss, cash flow, break-even and repayment capacity. GBA prepares it with assumptions that survive the banker’s questions.

CMA Data Preparation

CMA (Credit Monitoring Arrangement) data is the set of past, current and projected financial statements that banks require to sanction or renew working capital limits. GBA prepares it in the standard format with the ratios and maximum permissible bank finance worked out.

Bank Loan Assistance

Bank loan assistance is help with the whole loan process: identifying the right facility, assembling documents, preparing the certificates and financial statements the bank asks for, and following up with the branch until the sanction letter is issued.
