What does GBA do?

  1. Prepare and file AOC-4 and MGT-7 or MGT-7A after the AGM, and Form 8 and 11 for LLPs
  2. Draft board and general meeting notices, minutes and resolutions

  4. Handle event filings: DIR-12, SH-7, PAS-3, INC-22, ADT-1, and charge registrations

What are the ROC due dates for a private limited company?

The AGM is due by 30 September, AOC-4 within 30 days of the AGM and MGT-7 within 60 days of the AGM. DIR-3 KYC for every director is due by 30 September each year.

What happens if ROC filings are late?

Additional fees of Rs 100 per day per form with no upper limit, disqualification of directors after three years of continuous default, and eventual strike-off of the company.
