How does GBA handle Tax Advisory & Litigation?

This is the core of the practice. GBA advises on Income Tax positions, files returns, plans tax within the law, conducts tax audits, and represents clients before the assessing officer, CIT(Appeals) and the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal.

Advice is written down, fees are quoted before work starts, and deadlines are tracked by the firm, not the client.

How the work runs

How does an engagement with GBA work?

The same four steps whether it is a single return or a multi-year appeal.

Tell us the problem

Call, WhatsApp or use the enquiry form. A partner calls back to understand the issue and the deadline, if there is one.

Share the documents

You get a short checklist of what to send. Scans over WhatsApp or email are fine; originals only when a filing needs them.

Get a written plan and fee

Before any work starts you receive what will be done, by when, and the professional fee. No percentage-based or surprise charges.

We file, represent and follow through

Returns are e-verified, notices are replied to, appeals are argued. You are told when each step is complete and what comes next.
