Project Reports (DPR) in Guwahati

A Detailed Project Report is the document a bank or government scheme uses to judge whether a project is viable: cost of project, means of finance, projected profit and loss, cash flow, break-even and repayment capacity. GBA prepares it with assumptions that survive the banker’s questions.

Questions

Questions about this service

Direct answers about project reports (dpr) from GBA, Guwahati.

How long does it take to prepare a DPR?

Around 5 to 10 working days once the quotations and promoter details are in hand. Reports for government schemes with a fixed format can be faster.

Does a CA-certified project report guarantee the loan?

No. Sanction depends on the bank’s credit assessment of the promoter, security and the project. A well-prepared DPR removes the most common reason for rejection, which is unconvincing or inconsistent numbers.
